Scope of Work

Eco Genus was commissioned to modernise the heating system of a historic coach house in Brentwood. The existing oil boiler was removed and replaced with a cleaner, more efficient alternative. Works included:
  • Installation of a Klover Utility Biomass Boiler, buffer tank, and hot water cylinder
  • Creation of a dedicated plant room by converting a garden shed (Wendy house), moving the equipment out of the property
  • Full system upgrade for better efficiency and control
