Tom has installed a Samsung heat pump and underfloor heating to our property over the last couple of months. It was a difficult install in a tight space. I'm very pleased with the standard of work and that any minor snags were dealt with promptly, something a lot of companies try to ignore. Would recommend and use again. Ecogenus did a great job of fixing our aqua woodburner. I was impressed by their knowledge and work ethic. It was difficult to get it up and running as it is part of a more complex heating system, but they returned twice to sort it out.

We found Ecogenus online having experienced a problem with our pellet boiler, and could not have been happier with the speed of their response. Great experience dealing with Ecogenus. We ordered via Stoves who then put us in touch with Ecogenus as the local installer.
Tom went out of his way to accommodate us with the preliminary survey and quote, then the post installation check. The whole team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The guys who came to install were terrific, did a great job, and took pains to minimise mess and clear up afterwards.

Our log burner heating system was faulty and could not be used. We contacted  Tom, Ecogenus and he gave us a qoute to modify our heating system to get it running safely. He is very knowlegeable and  pleasant to deal with, he explained in detail what works were required.  We were confident that we had found the right person to do the work which was carried out by him and his small team.

Tom has recently installed a Klover Diva wood pellet (biomass boiler) and we are extremely happy with his service. Very professional, keeping the working area tidy and clean, whilst doing an excellent job. Highly recommended as an installer.
